Whack Nation sells only digital in-game "plays" (virtual credits). When your payment succeeds, the plays are credited to your game immediately. Because the product is delivered instantly and consumed within the game, purchases are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the plays are credited.

Email whacknations@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your payment reference / Razorpay payment ID and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary).
Purchases are charged in Indian Rupees (₹) for players in India and, where enabled, in US Dollars (US$) for international players. Approved refunds are issued in the original currency to the original payment method. Any currency-conversion differences or bank/card fees applied by your provider are outside our control.
In-game plays have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn for cash.
